Vendor Dashboard Walkthrough
As our vendor partner you get access to your vendor dashboard account. Your vendor account allows your to make changes to your vendor profile. Here are the different section of the vendor dashboard to help you edit your listing on our website:
- Edit Profile
- Manage Listings
- Payment History
- Article Feature
- Password Change
1. Edit Profile
In the section you can update things such as your website link, social media links, contact person’s name and your logo / profile photo etc.
2. Manage Listing
This section allows you to add / update photos to your vendor profile’s gallery. You can also edit your address, add / remove video links etc.
The “enquiries” section is where you can view details of the email enquiries that your business receives from couples via our platform.
4. Payment History
This is where you can view your payment history, download tax invoice, check your payment date etc.
5. Article Feature
All our advertising packages include at least one article feature. Although the vendor dashboard doesn’t allow changes to be made to your article features but you can submit a description text and a photo to go with your article feature via the “Article Feature” section of the dashboard.
We high recommend adding up to 5 FAQs to your profile. Adding frequently asked questions and their answers to your vendor profile not only enhances your listing but it also helps your business get pre-qualified enquiries. You can add FAQs to your vendor profile via the “FAQs Section” of your vendor dashboard account.

7. Password Change
Keep your vendor account safe and we recommend changing your password once every 3 months. You can update your password via the “Password Change” section of your vendor account.
