Welcome to the world of Chaos & Couture, where nothing is the same from one week to the next
Originally trained within the walls of Australian Consolidated Press (ACP) and the famous Australian Women’s Weekly Test Kitchen, I learned the art of recipe development and worked as a photo chef for various food publications. Over the years I have become obsessed with all things sweet and turned into a ‘massive cake nerd’, inspiring me to open my own little studio in Sutherland. Now, I spend my days playing with sugar and spice and all things nice, creating little pieces of edible art for you. I love everything about this business. I love planning cakes, thinking about them, drawing them and then creating them…..I love putting them in their place at the wedding reception and waiting to hear what the bride and groom or other ‘cakee’ thought about them. If I’m not running around with one of my many children or performing with a baton in my hand, you’ll find me in my own little space working on a wedding cake, christening cake or a sassy little naked cake. Everything is designed and planned by consultation and then created in my studio. Cakes can either be picked up from my Sutherland studio or delivery can be arranged.
