Our cake designers aim for the highest standards. We have won the First Prize of Australia’s largest cake competitions multiple times, and have made it to the Top 3 of The Great Australian Bake Off.

We teach professional cake courses in Australia and overseas, and have been invited by many culinary schools such as the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu to teach the making of modern cakes to budding chefs.
