We are Alex and Megan Waters, husband and wife team of Mouth Waters. We have been in the catering industry for a combined period of 55 years. Gaining formal training in Hobart and then moving on to work in some of Sydneys’ top restaurants including Neil Perry’s ‘Rockpool’, Paul Merrony’s ‘Merrony’s’, and as Chef and Front of House Manager respectively at The Barking Frog and Le Kiosk on Manly beach NSW.
We created Mouth Waters Café and Catering at the beginning of 2007, following our own personal dream and also from the encouragement of our peers, to open our own Café. We have since grown to have a following of regular customers. We have also increased to office deliveries throughout Hobart. Our Conference Catering is also gaining a great reputation. At Mouth Waters we aim to provide you with the best possible product and service that we can. We have a strong commitment to what we do, and aim to give you, our customer, the best possible food and service experience possible. Our Menus are varied to suit any budget. All made with love. We source our ingredients ourselves, enabling us to produce Menus which use the freshest ingredients possible, whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
Our Café and Conference Room have stunning picturesque views through beautiful trees across the Derwent River to Prince of Wales Bay. We also have a large deck where you can sit in the sun and relax with a coffee or a cold drink. A snack or lunch.
A husband and wife team of wedding caterers who have a combined experience of over 50 years, every client is sure to get an incredible dining experience that will not be forgotten. Taking cues from experience in fine dining restaurants in Sydney before starting up the catering company, Alex and Megan provide professional service with creative food options that not only look beautiful but also taste delicious as well.
