Winery weddings are oh-so-picturesque, with the nearby rolling hills, wine cellars, and idyllic vines which make for great wedding photography backdrops. Plus, the local wine is a perfect addition to your cocktail hour and/or reception, and there are usually beautiful gardens, gazebos, or barns / farmhouses that are great wedding ceremony locations. 1. Sirromet

This family owned winery in Mount Cotton, Queensland is only a half hour away from Brisbane, and offers tits grounds, cellar, and restaurant as the rustic wedding venue of your dreams. 2. Kooroomba

Don’t forget about this gorgeous winery in Mount Alford, Queensland! The lavender fields, vines, and olive trees make for such a magical backdrop, and they offer a variety of indoor and outdoor locations, including their terrace, dining hall, and olive groves. 3. O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards

This Canungra, Queensland wedding, venue offers weddings at their vineyards or in Lamington National Park, in their Rainforest Retreat (which also offers accommodations on-site). They also offer a silk-lined marquee with bamboo flooring (so beautiful), their wine cellar, and a ballroom—all to die-for. Check out photos on their Facebook!

4. Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard and Winery

In North Tambourine, Queensland, you can find Cedar Creek, great for both intimate and large weddings. It’s located on top of a mountain, and they offer a sandstone chapel on the lake, their gardens, and their landscaped grounds for your ceremony and reception. Take a look at their Facebook!

5. Glengariff Historic Estate

This wedding venue in Brisbane, Queensland is perfect for couples looking for a fairy-tale wedding. Your ceremony can be held in the gardens, under the gazebo, and your reception in the Vintage rooms which overlook the rolling hills and grounds. 6. Brockhurst Farm

In Brisbane, Queensland, you can find this farm, which you can hire for up to 3 days. They can accommodate 19, and offer both ceremony and reception spaces, including the lawn and timber barn, with fairy lights. They’re already booking into late 2020, so reach out fast! 7. Flame Hill Vineyard

Montville, Queensland, is home to Flame Hill, which offers on-site catering (with ethical, sustainable, and locally sourced produce) and a variety of locations for your ceremony and reception, including their restaurant. 8. Ocean View Estates Winery & Restaurant

This Ocean View, Queensland, wedding venue offers cottage accommodations and great photography opportunities by the vines and lake. 9. Albert River Wines

This stunning estate in Tamborine, Queensland, offers two wedding reception locations, including their Auchenflower House Ballroom and Tamborine House Verandah. Of course, you can also choose to host your wedding on the grounds. If you love 1800s architecture, gardens, and wine, you have to check this place out. 10. Sarabah Estate Vineyard

This vineyard, on the edge of Lamington National Park, is located inCanungra, Queensland. They offer catering, transportation, and customisable wedding packages. 11. Vineyard Cottages Restaurant

This winery in Ballandean, Queensland offers boutique accommodations (7 cottages amidst beautiful gardens) for your guests as well as on-site catering from the restaurant and/or café, and a church for your ceremony. 12. Summit Estate

Another great winery can be found at Thulimbah, Queensland. You can find more photos on their Facebook, but take our word for it: their gorgeous, hardwood cellar door is perfect. They also offer accommodations, cocktail weddings, and customizable beverage packages. And don’t worry, they have a plan B for inclement weather for both your ceremony and reception!

13. Bunjurgen Estate Vineyard

One hour from Brisbane, in Bunjurgen, Queensland, is this beautiful vineyard which produces great Shiraz, reds, and ports. They have several indoor and outdoor locations, and parking for 100.
