Susanna Jose Celebrant – Providing Unique Ceremonies

I am an experienced Canberra based Commonwealth marriage celebrant specialising in creating unique marriage ceremonies for clients. I offer my book ‘Marry Me! a guide to couples planning their marriage ceremony’ as a resource to clients.

I decided to become a marriage celebrant after a career as a teacher and school principal. I still mentor aspiring teacher leaders. I regularly network with other Canberra marriage celebrants and am a member of the national Celebrants Network.

I have a ‘blended family’ of four adult daughters and four lovely grandchildren. I am a regular volunteer news reader and presenter with Radio for the Print Handicapped (1RPH), play the piano, love gardening, walking and aqua-aerobics.

Being a celebrant helps me shape the milestones – weddings, naming ceremonies, anniversaries and special events – in people’s lives. This is where memories are made, relationships are strengthened and joy is created.
