Sofie Bozzetti

Description

Sofie Bozzetti is a singer songwriter, and artist, based in Adelaide, South Australia. In her early years she learnt classical piano, aged 5, and made the transition to guitar and vocals aged 13. From here she began performing small charity shows which eventually developed into regular gigs (around age 17.) Her unique style is somewhat a mish-mash of genres heavily influenced by contemporary jazz artists, such as Kimbra, and softer indie artists, such as Angus and Julia Stone. Other influences include Lana Del Rey, Jack River, Billie Eilish, and Ziggy Alberts to name a few. Although these modern artists have a huge influence on her writing technique and sound, her repertoire is never short of diversity and always brings a mix of “old” and “new” in her own style..
