Matt began his career in cafes around Salamanca before moving to Perth, WA to train at the highly acclaimed Attivo restaurant, gaining vast knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture. After travelling extensively throughout Italy, Matt returned to Tasmania to open Moresco restaurant at Binalong Bay. Now based in Hobart, Matt brings over 10 years of experience to your doorstep with Mossa Cucina, the moving kitchen.
