It all started when my boy popped the question.. I knew what kind of wedding I wanted, I made a million notes and scoured over pages of bridal mags (Instagram wasn’t really a thing back then, come on!) – but then I got stuck. Now what? I didn’t understand how to bring my ideas to life or how to make them happen. I am super organised however I had no idea how many hours it would take to prepare for the day. I researched and contacted suppliers, I checked reviews, I asked my married friends for tips and I chased voice messages and countless emails. I got quotes and more quotes but I didn’t really know if I was getting a good deal or even if they were all going to “go” together!? What if all my styles looked awful on the day? What was my “theme” anyway?! (insert sleepless nights here)

I became a Wedding Planner because I wish i’d hired one.

Since 2013, i’ve been lucky enough to be involved in hundreds of weddings and to work with endless suppliers. Being a Planner really is my dream job, it’s challenging but rewarding. It’s hard but fun. It’s seeing months (often years) of planning come together perfectly on the day and having a wonderful sense of satisfaction.
