We're Gotham and Jess, the dynamic duo behind 1 Moment Prod. Our shared passion for photography and videography has led us to create 1 Moment Prod. a boutique business where our couples get our undivided attention from the very first consultation to the wedding day where we capture you special day!
Jess, hailing from the scenic landscapes of the Netherlands, developed a keen eye for photography through her travels across Europe. Gotham, raised in Canberra, inherited a love for videography from his father. This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion for capturing moments. Together, we've blended our unique perspectives to create a style that's both timeless and modern. We believe in capturing the raw emotions and genuine connections that make each wedding unique. Our goal is to create stunning visuals that tell your love story in a way that will be cherished for generations to come.
2. How long have you been shooting weddings and how many weddings have you photographed?
We've been capturing love stories since 2018, and in that time, we've had the privilege of photographing and filming around 30-50 weddings annually.
3. How would you describe your photography style?
Our style is a blend of romantic, timeless, and candid photography. We believe in capturing the raw emotions and genuine connections that make each wedding unique. We blend portraits with candid moments, resulting in a collection of images that are both beautiful and authentic.
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?
We recommend booking your wedding photographer as soon as possible, ideally 6-12 months in advance. Popular dates and peak wedding seasons book up quickly, so securing your preferred photographer early on ensures availability and allows for ample planning and preparation.
5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
We offer a range of photography and videography packages to suit various needs and budgets. Our most popular package, is our photography $2880, includes 8 hours of coverage. We also offer additional services like engagement shoots, post-wedding sessions, and drone footage. Please feel free to contact us for a personalised quote and to discuss your specific requirements.
6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?
Yes, either Gotham or Jess (or both) will be personally present on your wedding day to capture your special moments. We prioritise on building a strong connection with our clients and want to keep the whole experience from the start to finish personalised and couples deal with us from the start to the wedding day.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
We don't charge a travel fee for weddings within Metro Melbourne or within an hour's drive from Coburg. For weddings further afield, a travel fee may apply to cover additional costs. We'll provide a detailed quote based on the specific location of your wedding.
8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?
No, albums and prints are not included in our packages. However, we can recommend trusted printing services to help you create beautiful albums.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive their wedding photos? How will they be delivered?
You'll receive a sneak peek of 50 edited photos within 48 hours of your wedding day, giving you a quick glimpse of your special moments. The full album of high-resolution images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks, and your stunning wedding film will be ready for viewing after 4 weeks. All your digital files will be delivered via a secure online gallery.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Our deposit is non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, we're happy to transfer your deposit to your new date, provided we're available. Alternatively, you can transfer your deposit to another couple.
