1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hi I'm Samantha Li, the boss lady behind The Infinity Collective. We’re a team of crazy infatuated creatives who live to celebrate love, family and all the special moments to be captured in stills and in film. We aim to capture, create and savour every kiss, cuddle, laugh, sigh and tear that comes from a special day in your life. Our talented creative bunch each have their special something they bring to your day and we can’t wait to share all that we capture behind the lens for you.
2. How long have you been shooting weddings and how many weddings have you photographed?
We've been photographing and filming weddings, families and events for more than a decade. Under our brand, we've shot over 80+ weddings. Over the years when we were shooting under other wedding brands, we've shot over 800+ weddings.
3. How would you describe your photography style?
Our style is very candid and natural and our focus is to capture all the meaningful epic moments of a couple's day in both photos and film. We want to deliver all the real and raw emotions of the day, all the sweetness and romance and connection!
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?
Most book between 12 - 18 months prior to their weddings. We do of course have been known to take a booking a few days before as we understand that sometimes things are not always planned.

6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?
It will depend on who will be available on your chosen date, but we have a brilliant team of creatives and will ensure you are paired with the perfect person/s to capture the most important day of your lives.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
YES! We love to travel! We have travelled around Australia and overseas. We've shot in Hong Kong San Francisco, London and so many wonderful locations worldwide. We do call Australia Home even though we do have home bases around the world. We totally love destination weddings (shhhh we often offer discounts on our travel fee if you take us to somewhere new!).
8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?
It's an add-on that can be included in any of the couple's booked packages.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive their wedding photos? How will they be delivered?
We generally aim to provide you with a sneak peek of your images within 1-7 days from your wedding day or session with us and then the entirety of your full gallery will be delivered to you via online gallery approximately 8 weeks thereafter. We provide you with your own personalised online gallery with the ability to share via email and social media with your family and friends. Your online gallery allows you to download your images in Full resolution and in social media sized files as many times as you like. You also have the capability to set up a Gift Registry to share with your family and friends who may want to gift you with prints and wall products or order prints and wall products for you or themselves.
Retouching services are an additional product not included in your normal packages and pricing. If you would like to have retouching such as body shape enhancements, removal of distracting elements in the background, teeth whitening, skin smoothing etc, we can organise this for you. We charge $30 per retouched image. Your images are all curated and edited within our style as displayed in our portfolio. Final delivered images will be delivered as either colour or black and white.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
If the client needs to cancel or reschedule their wedding, a written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the wedding date via certified mail or email with receipt confirmation. If the cancellation occurs more than four weeks after booking and the retainer has been paid, the client remains responsible for the remaining balance. Any full payments made after this period are non-refundable. If the wedding is rescheduled, the package price for the new date may vary based on availability and season. If The Infinity Collective is unavailable for the new date, the retainer will not be refunded.
