Hi, I'm Rex, the director of Darwin Rexyu Photography.
With a specialization in wedding and pre-wedding photography, I've honed my craft during one year in Taiwan and two years in Melbourne, amassing over 25 weddings worth of experience. My photography style emphasizes natural tones, with a focus on authentic skin tones that reflect our environment. I aim for timeless, natural colors that remain classic and never go out of style.
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?
In Darwin, I will say the busiest season will start from May to October.

Includes up to 9 hours of wedding day coverage.
Offers all the features of the Gold Package, with 700+ high-resolution images.

6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?
On your wedding day, I will be your primary photographer, equipped with two cameras and a selection of five prime lenses to ensure a variety of angles and perspectives, capturing every special moment. I always carry a backup camera for added security and usually bring an assistant to document behind-the-scenes moments, adding a unique touch to your wedding story.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
I’m always ready to pack my bags and hit the road or take to the skies for your wedding! Whether it’s a stunning destination wedding or a charming country celebration just a few hours away, I’m thrilled to explore new places and capture unique, one-of-a-kind moments. Traveling allows me to get creative and bring fresh perspectives to your love story, making your wedding photography truly unforgettable
8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?
Absolutely! If you’d like an album, I can create one that’s stylish, fun, and truly unique—perfect for the latest trends. As for prints, I only use top-quality, museum-grade fine art paper to ensure your magical, unforgettable images are preserved with stunning detail and longevity. Every print is crafted to perfection, making your memories timeless.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive their wedding photos? How will they be delivered?
After the photoshoot, I carefully edit each photo to ensure the highest quality. You’ll receive a sneak peek within the first week, no matter the season! Full delivery typically takes 2 weeks during quieter months and up to 4 weeks during peak seasons. Your final images will be delivered digitally for easy access and download.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Cancelled wedding policy
If cancellation is made within 6 months of the wedding date, then
The photographer will fully refund your booking fee regardless of the workload has been made before or after cancellation, including all subsequent - processing work. If you cancel your wedding within 3-6 months of your wedding.
The date photographer will refund 50% of your booking fee. If canceled
The photographer will refund 30% of your fee within 1-3 months from the wedding date.
Booking fee. If it's less than one month, we'll refund 10% of your booking fee.
