1. Introduction: What's your story?
Our story started when we got married in Las Vegas in 2016. At the time, we didn’t have wedding photography, and it’s something we’ve always felt was missing.
That experience led us to where we are today—becoming wedding photographers and videographers. We wanted to make things right, not just for ourselves but for every couple we work with.
We know how important it is to have those memories to look back on, and that’s why we’re so passionate about what we do. For us, it’s not just about taking photos or videos; it’s about creating something meaningful and timeless for every couple to cherish.
2. How long have you been shooting weddings and how many weddings have you photographed?
We’ve been photographing weddings for over 5 years and have worked with more than 200 couples as freelance photographers for other studios.
In 2023, we decided to start our own brand so we could focus on serving our couples in the best way possible. It’s been an exciting step for us, and we’re loving the opportunity to bring our own style and personal touch to every wedding we capture.
3. How would you describe your photography style?
Our photography style is a blend of candid and documentary, capturing genuine moments as they happen, with a touch of editorial for those beautifully composed, timeless shots.
We love telling the story of your day naturally while adding a bit of artistry to make your photos feel elegant and uniquely yours.
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?
We recommend couples book their wedding photographer 10-18 months in advance to ensure we’re available for your special day. Popular dates can fill up quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better your chances of securing your date!
5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
We offer packages based mainly on the number of hours of coverage to fit the unique needs of each couple.
Our most popular package is the all-inclusive one, which includes unlimited hours of coverage and a beautiful album. It’s designed to be worry-free, ensuring that we’re there for every special moment from start to finish. This package gives couples the peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of, without any time limits or hidden costs.
6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?
Yes, I will be one of the photographers or videographers on your wedding day. Along with me, we have a small team of talented and passionate photographers who are dedicated to capturing every moment of your big day. This way, we can ensure that no special moment is missed and that you get a variety of perspectives, all while maintaining the high quality and attention to detail we’re known for.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
At the moment, we don’t charge a travel fee for locations within 200km of Sydney City. This covers the cost of travel, including transportation and any accommodations if necessary. If your wedding is further than 200km, we’ll discuss travel arrangements and any additional costs to make sure everything is clear and transparent.
8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?
Yes, as mentioned, an album is included in our all-inclusive package. This album is designed to showcase the best moments of your day, beautifully crafted to preserve your memories for years to come. We believe an album is a timeless way to relive the magic of your wedding day.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive their wedding photos? How will they be delivered?
You can expect to receive your wedding photos within 4 weeks, so you'll have them to enjoy during your honeymoon! The photos will be delivered via an online gallery for easy access, but if you prefer, we can also meet in person to showcase your photos and relive those special moments together.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
We only charge a small, non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date, with the balance due 14 days before the wedding. This gives you a risk-free option, as it allows you plenty of time to make any adjustments if needed. Additionally, we offer free rescheduling, so if your plans change, you can move your date without any extra cost. We want to make sure everything goes smoothly for you!
