1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hi I’m Lian and I love making people look and feel good about themselves! I have been a beauty specialist for more than 10 years and Ive helped so many brides become the best version of themselves for their special day.
2. What's your experience as a bridal hair & makeup artist? How many brides are in there in your portfolio?
I have been in the industry for more than a decade and Ive trained in Los Angeles, New York, Manila, Paris and Melbourne. I specialize on high definition and airbrush makeup.
Im constantly trying to update and improve myself because the beauty industry is always evolving. I want my clients to experience the best of the best when it comes to products and techniques in achieving the best look for them.
I honestly do not know how many brides are in my portfolio. I lost count already.
3. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
My pricing starts at $400 + travel fee for Bridal Hair and Makeup.
I also have packages that cam accommodate additional people like the mother the bride / mother of the groom and bridesmaids because I know brides also want the special people in their lives to look their best and just have a relaxing time on their wedding day.
4. Do you have a team of assistants or will you be the only artist that day? What will happen if you're sick or have an emergency on the wedding day?
I have a reliable team that can back me up in case unforseen situations happen.
5. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
I travel anywhere from Melbourne and up to 2 hour drive radius.
6. Can the bride book a wedding makeup trial appointment and will you also do a trial before the wedding?
Definitely! Trial sessions is the ideal time to know each other and discuss the looks or any concerns the bride has. It’s the perfect time to try new things as well and see if it will suit the bride.
7. What beauty products do you use and would you be open to the bride using her own make-up?
I use a combination of high end makeup products and amazing korean skin care brands. I am also open to brides using their own products as long as it will help improve & enhance the look.
8. How can you make the bride's wedding makeup last and look good in photos?
Proper skin prep, the right products for the client’s skin, and setting spray!
9. How long will makeup take on the day and how long will you be staying for on the day?
Hair and makeup appointment for 1 usually takes 2 hours.
I leave when the people I need to do are all done and ready.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Down payments are non refundable and balance is just due a week before the booked event.
In case of unforeseen events where I cannot fulfill the booking, I am able to give full refund to the client.
