Over the years, we've had the privilege of working closely with an extensive number of brides, building a robust portfolio that includes well over 500+ weddings. Our team of talented hair and makeup artists is spread across Melbourne and its surrounding suburbs, ensuring that we provide exceptional and personalized services tailored to the unique desires of each bride. Our packages are crafted to ensure each bride feels beautiful and serene on her special day. Each package includes a trial session, which is scheduled on a convenient date before the wedding. This trial is crucial in reducing pre-wedding anxiety, offering brides a chance to establish trust and confidence in our services well ahead of their big day, which is why it's included in all our packages.
Our most sought-after package features comprehensive services for the bride and three bridesmaids, covering both hair and makeup. This package is particularly favored because it allows cohesive styling for the entire bridal party, ensuring a harmonious look.
Thanks to our large team of talented hair and makeup professionals, we can cater to weddings across Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs with ease. Additionally, our clients appreciate that we do not impose extra charges for travel or for having additional stylists on hand. Our packages range from $440 all the way through to $3,680 for a Full Packages which includes many stylists for both Hair and Makeup services for larger parties.
4. Do you have a team of assistants or will you be the only artist that day? What will happen if you're sick or have an emergency on the wedding day?
We've designed our business model to ensure that no bride is ever let down on her special day. Our team comprises 13 skilled hair and makeup artists, enabling us to cater to multiple weddings simultaneously while maintaining the highest quality of service. In the rare event of illness or an emergency affecting one of our artists, our extensive network within the industry allows us to provide seamless backup support.
Our priority is to uphold our commitment to reliability, ensuring every bride receives the attention and excellence she deserves. With our well-established contingency plans and the capacity of our talented team, you can rest assured that we are fully prepared to handle any unforeseen circumstances smoothly.

5. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
We prioritize transparency and simplicity, which is why we typically do not charge any travel fees. We believe in providing exceptional service without hidden costs. However, on rare occasions when a wedding is booked late and requires stylists to travel from a considerable distance, a small petrol fee may apply to cover the additional travel expenses.
Additionally, if there is a change in the wedding location after the booking has been confirmed, there might be a charge associated with it. This is because we could have originally assigned a stylist who was closer to the initial venue. Rest assured, we are committed to keeping these instances to a minimum and always strive to offer solutions that are fair and efficient for our clients' convenience.

6. Can the bride book a wedding makeup trial appointment and will you also do a trial before the wedding?
Yes, every bridal package includes a trial session. We believe trials are essential not just for the bride, but also for our stylists. This allows us to collaborate, understand your vision, and fine-tune every detail to ensure a flawless experience on your wedding day.
However, if a bride prefers not to have an in-person trial, we offer an alternative option. In such cases, a small additional charge applies for an online consultation. This session allows us to gather all necessary information, such as photos, timeline, and expectations, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan on the big day. This approach ensures that we are fully prepared to bring your vision to life, no matter the circumstances.
7. What beauty products do you use and would you be open to the bride using her own make-up?
Our talented makeup artists each have their own preferred array of professional-grade beauty products and brands, ensuring high-quality results tailored to your unique style and preferences. We understand that some brides may have specific makeup products they prefer to use on their special day. We are fully open to accommodating this request, and our artists will skillfully apply your personal makeup products.
Please note that using your own makeup will not affect the pricing of the application. Our commitment remains to provide you with a personalized and flawless experience, ensuring you feel your most beautiful on your wedding day.
8. How can you make the bride's wedding makeup last and look good in photos?

9. How long will makeup take on the day and how long will you be staying for on the day?
On your wedding day, the process for hair and makeup is designed to ensure long-lasting results. We take one hour for hair and one hour for makeup and we aim for our work to endure 13+ hours, provided there’s no exposure to elements like rain, and typically only a lipstick touch-up will be needed throughout the day.
Our team efficiently completes the hair and makeup preparation and then transitions the focus over to your photographer, ensuring a seamless flow to the start of your wedding festivities. We do not stay after the initial job is complete, leaving you to enjoy the day fully prepared and looking beautiful, ready for every memorable moment.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy is structured to provide clarity and fairness. To receive a partial refund, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice before the scheduled date.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your wedding date. After completing the trial session, 50% of the total payment is due, ensuring we are fully prepared to meet your expectations.
The remaining balance is required one week prior to the wedding day.
