1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hi I'm Anthi-Marie founder & lead hairstylist of Anthi Marie Hair. I have been in the hair industry for 17 years and my love for hair started then. I am a wife and a mum to 2 gorgeous children.
During my career I have worked along side some amazing artist, I have worked back stage of fashion weeks , on multiple photo shoots but my absolutely favourite has been all my amazing bride! Being apart of a wedding day is just magical, being apart of your wedding morning, helping you get ready and bringing your hair vision to life is my passion.
2. What's your experience as a bridal hair & makeup artist? How many brides are in there in your portfolio?
I have styled over 200 + weddings.
3. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
I don't have set packages, I modify each quote depending on the amount of people I have to do. This way you don't ever get over charged or pay for something you don't need. :)
4. Do you have a team of assistants or will you be the only artist that day? What will happen if you're sick or have an emergency on the wedding day?
I am a 1 woman show! I do have a handful of hairstylist I always have on call that can either cover me and that I can also bring in with me if I need an extra pair of hands on the day. I am very particular with who I work with and hand pick every stylist I bring in.
5. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
Yes, I do charge a travel fee depending on your location. This covers my time, petrol & tolls.
6. Can the bride book a wedding makeup trial appointment and will you also do a trial before the wedding?
Yes definitely! I always suggest a hair trial 2-3 months prior to your wedding day.
7. What beauty products do you use and would you be open to the bride using her own make-up?
I use a range of different hair products.
8. How can you make the bride's wedding makeup last and look good in photos?
I unfortuantely dont do makeup I only do hair but I do have an amazing makeup recommendations list.
9. How long will makeup take on the day and how long will you be staying for on the day?
I allow 1 hour per person for hair and once all hair is finished I do leave to allow some down time for you prior to your photography arriving.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Wedding day cancelations must be 4 months prior to your day. Any cancelation within this time frame requires a 50% of the total cost payment. Cancelation made within 72 hours requires full payment of the day. Deposits are non refundable.
I am a 1 woman show and have allocated a full day for you and have declined other jobs for the day so I need to cover myself.
