Our Bridal Party Attire

The big day is here at last!!!!!! And since you’ve been waiting so patiently, I thought I would share some pictures of what the girls will be wearing today…

Our cute flower girl - Rhianna!

Our Maid of Honour - Shannan

Once we add hair & make-up, these girls are gonna stop traffic!

Future Wife! I Choose You!

Well, I believe the point that I’m a gaming nerd as not only be established, we’ve beaten the point to death on this blog. The fact remains… well… fact… and I have found one of the coolest (and by coolest, I mean nerdy-ist) proposals ever!!!

for all the Pokemon fans out there

So simple and so clever! I love it! Although, I do question why his Pokemon have such low health & wonder how he got so many legendaries on his team… and why is there no option for “no”?  …unless ‘Cancel’ is it?

Otherwise – awesome!

Cool Wedding Ideas #13

I‘m not sure if this comes across as incredibly self-centered, but this idea is from our wedding :) It is always fun to do something a bit quirky with the baked goods & we have done just that (with the help of Oakleigh Quality Cakes)!

Brendan and I have always been into video games and we both grew up playing Super Mario. So we thought it would be fun to turn the beloved cupcake into mushrooms!

these are just some of the colours...

We’ve got one hundred of these little guys all ready to go for our afternoon tea… although, after picking them up today, I was incredibly tempted to turn it into 99 mushrooms :)

Special Thanks to Tass & Sophia from Oakleigh Quality Cakes! Even having no idea what Brendan and I were pitching originally, they were so ready and willing to try anything and they’ve done an AMAZING job! If you are looking for someone to take care of your baked goods for any occasion, you have to try their stuff! Soooooo yummy (and I’m not even a ‘cake person’)
